**Responsabilities**:
- Working as SPOC to our managed services customers;
- Hiring, train and scale the managed services team;
- Define and fine tune processes, procedures and technology
- supporting Managed Services team;
**Our client is looking for the next talent with the following profile**:
- At least 5 years experience coordinating Managed Services teams across the following technological areas: Workplace & First Line Support, Security Management, Network, Databases, Storage, Computing and Backups
- Cloud infrastructure including Office 365, IaS and PaS;
- Platform administration;
- Applications Management (Production and Operation);
- Observability and Monitoring;
- English is mandatory and initiative, pro-activity and autonomy are a must to succeed on our team;
