Are you ready to embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN? We are excited to announce the launch of our Global Graduate Program - designed to fast track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world’s most renowned brands.
About the Program:
Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is a three-year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area: Commerce. After the rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18-months working in a role within your home operating company in Vialonga, Sociedade Central de Cervejas e Bebidas
- Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.

Commerce
Experience the world of Commerce through two exciting journeys: Marketing and Sales. This is your chance to learn, grow, and make an impact alongside some of the most iconic brands in the Portuguese market.
In Marketing, you will contribute to the development of brand strategies, support product initiatives across categories such as beers, waters, and ciders, and help bring ideas to life alongside global teams and local consumers. From market research to brand experiences, this area is where creativity meets strategy to create meaningful connections with people.
In Sales, you will explore how our brands reach customers and consumers everywhere, while contributing to initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and activation at the point of sale. This area drives commercial strategy and ensures our products are available, visible, and brought to life through impactful brand activation. It’s about building relationships, delivering excellence in execution, and creating value every day.

Criteria & Conditions
- We’re on the lookout for curious minds who know how to plan smart, stay organized, and thrive in a team that’s all about collaboration and good vibes.
- If you love turning numbers into stories and have passion to work with data analysis and statistics predictive model our GGP might be your next big move.
- You’re a recent graduate, with no more than one year of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales Analysis or similar areas.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, Economics, Marketing or Information Management.
- You speak fluent Portuguese and English, and you’re confident working with Excel (yes, that's mandatory) and curious about Power BI
- Work Rights: The right to work in the country of your program is essential.
- Travel Flexibility: Global exploration can’t happen from home We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.
Your Future at HEINEKEN
So your three year program is over. What now? Upon successfully completing the program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a management role in either your home country or one of our global Operating Companies. - Online Assessments:
Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment. [Starting 21th of October)

- Assessment Centre:
- Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. We’re planning this for November 2025
- Hiring & Onboarding: Start date 1st of March 2026
