Are you passionate about starting a career in Sales? Join Signify's Sales Graduate Program, a unique journey designed to develop our future salespeople.

What We Offer:

  • Rotational program across key departments (adapted to your profile) that supports sales: Channel Marketing, Lighting Application (LiAS), Quotation, Commercial Operations and Customer Satisfaction, gaining hands-on experience and contributing as a full team member.
  • Technical training (internal tools, lighting product and system knowledge) and soft skills training (communication, negotiation, presentation and commercial skills)
  • You will work under the guidance of an experienced Key Account Manager / Sales Specialist, supporting customer interactions and selected customer visits.
  • Exposure to international teams and senior leadership
  • Clear path to a commercial sales position upon successful completion
  • Potential career advancement based on your performance

Who Should Apply:

  • Recent graduates or young professionals
  • Bachelor's degree (EQF / QNQ Level 6)
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages (as Spanish and others) are a plus
  • Motivated to build a career in sales, even without prior experience
  • Willing to invest your time in structured learning and development
  • Adaptative, flexible and creative mind
  • People with a natural ability to build strong connections
