We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Brand. As the Head of Brand, you will lead multiple teams including Content and Design, while also directly impacting Affiliates and Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, and Product. You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing Zumub's brand strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute Zumub's brand strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives to establish a love brand.
- Lead, manage and mentor cross-functional teams including Content, Design, Affiliates + Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to drive brand initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content and visuals that resonate with our target audience and communicate our brand message effectively.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to integrate brand initiatives into overarching marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Support and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the sports nutrition industry.
- Drive product branding efforts to ensure alignment with Zumub's brand identity and positioning.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize brand initiatives and drive business results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in brand building, preferably in the sports nutrition or related industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand narrative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
