Verisure (known in Portugal as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate **Group Procurement & Supply Chain Finance Intern **to support our **Group Procurement & Supply Chain Finance Team**, with colleagues in Sweden and Portugal. The role will report to the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Finance Manager and will be** based in Lisbon**. The Group Procurement & Supply Chain Finance team is responsible for **1)** Finance Business Partnering with the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Director and his Management team. **2)** Definition, implementation and development of recurring reporting and analysis of the financial and operational performance of the logístical centers, the central procurement function, as well as the supply chain function in the countries. **3)** Support strategic initiatives in the Supply Chain and Procurement area and lead them from a financial point of view. Our aim target is to support management and operations by building and utilizing tools to improve transparency and analytical capabilities for the Group Procurement & Supply Chain function. On the back of the extraordinary growth we have enjoyed in the past years, **we aim to strengthen and further develop our Group Procurement & Supply Chain Finance function** to further improve the financial support to the functional management, as well as the Group Management Team. Responsibilities will include, among others: - Collaboration in monthly review of incoming financial reporting from the logístical centers, with responsibility of assessing completeness, quality assurance and continuous communication with the reporting parties and stakeholders. Utilization and development of functional reports in our ERP systems (Oracle Cloud and MS NAV). - Maintain and further develop existing reporting input and output models (Excel and PowerBI based) on requests and identification of quality checks across incoming reporting. - Support assigned project manager during analysis, development & implementation of financial best practice for functional operational purposes. - Continuous improvement & maintenance of all tools and reports in corporation with functional leaders.
