**The Role**

Belgium’s pension landscape has undergone a seismic shift with the implementation of the new pension agreement. This transformation means current pension schemes have adapted, opening the door to complex, meaningful, and impactful actuarial work.

As an **Actuarial Consultant** at WTW, you’ll collaborate with both local and international colleagues on a wide range of projects involving employee benefit plans. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing actuarial valuations for corporate reporting (USGAAP, IFRS) and statutory pension fund reporting;
- Managing and reporting on pension funds, ensuring full compliance;
- Supporting plan design through actuarial modeling, implementation, and employee communication strategies;
- Conducting benefit audits and benchmarking studies;
- Engaging in asset/liability modeling;
- Leading employee communication initiatives;
- Contributing to M&A studies from a benefits perspective.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- A degree in **Actuarial Science**, **Mathematics**, **Economics**, or similar. Other qualifications may be considered based on experience;
- **1-5 years** of relevant experience in employee benefits—whether in consulting, insurance, broking, or finance;
- Fluency in **English is mandatory. Dutch and/or French would be a great plus.**:

- Proficiency in IT tools, in particular MS Office such as **Excel.**:

- Strong communicator, detail oriented, numerical, and flexible.
- You thrive in collaborative team environments and enjoy working with others to achieve our goals.
