Our Purchase-to-Pay business line provides extensive high-quality and cost-efficient services - from purchasing to the processing of outgoing payments. We also provide services related to Supplier readiness, processing, and several digitalization projects

**What role will you play?**
- Managing of day-to-day operational activities based on targets agreed with the respective service line.
- Manage work sharing, the organization in teams, reporting and the monitoring of task and target completion.
- Provide services to internal customer according to company regulations & guidelines.
- Extend the cooperation with current customers.
- Contribute to people development and high-performance culture.
- Direct management responsibility for all employees assigned to the team (customer group), for decisions regarding personnel measures and for implementation of these measures.
- Support service line manager across the service line with partial responsibility for processes and projects.
- Coordination and participation in Business Continuity related activities.
- Ensure achievement of targets/KPIs as agreed in TSAs and compliance with the laws/Siemens regulations.
- Approve PCMB team Validation.

**We are looking for**:

- Complete proficiency in Spanish & English is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of Key Performance Indicators.
- Very Strong IT skills. Process development and mindset mandatory.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, on a changing environment.
- Complete proficiency in French & English is mandatory.

- OneSRM / SAP system knowledge.
