Eurotux is an Information Technologies company with an international scope. As part of our growth strategy, we intend to hire a **Delivery Manager**

The main responsibilities are:
Service Quality:

- Ensure operational excellence and the quality of services provided.
- Have a detailed understanding of the services offered and client contracts.
- Implement and follow processes to ensure effective service delivery.
- Monitor quality metrics and resolve blockages and issues.

Team Coordination:

- Manage team allocation and priorities, ensuring continuous value addition.
- Approve holidays and manage absences without disrupting the work-flow.
- Motivate and support the team, recognising efforts and resolving conflicts.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, or a related field is required.
- Experience in service management and team leadership.
- Ability to maintain effective processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficient in English.
- The ability to adapt, be proactive, and dynamic are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Highly responsible and meticulous, with strong analytical, planning, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
