LovelyStay, the hospitality arm of OptylonKrea, is a market leading tech oriented short-term rental property manager. We have built an innovative and unique digital platform and algorithm, enabling us to deliver the most cost & time-effective and pleasant experience to both our property owners and guests.

LovelyStay will be associated with a 150M Euro Venture Capital Fund aiming to develop more than 2,500 serviced apartments across Europe within the next 5 years. To accomplish this, we need to continue to focus on innovating and develop a sophisticated IT platform.

**What is your mission?**
- Supporting the sales & marketing team with varying & diverse tasks as business needs arise.
- Supporting the creation of both online & offline content, for example, the creation of social copies for our social media platforms.
- Supporting with the development of well-articulated blog articles for our website.
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends & customer needs to inform the sales team & support with marketing strategies.
- Assist with utilizing data to understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.

**What do we need?**
- Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Events or any business related field is desirable
- Fluency in Portuguese & English
- Strong communication skills
- Multitasking and Autonomous
- Proactive and Client orientated
- Organized and Detailed
- Flexible
