**Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights.
Support the development and maintenance of the company's social media presence and engage with the online community.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Assist in tracking and managing marketing budgets and expenses.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or coursework in digital marketing is a plus.
Possess previous CRM experience, in particular, working with Salesforce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate compelling and engaging content.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
Self-motivated and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the real estate industry or interest in real estate is a plus.
