As an HR Trainee, you will provide support to the Employee Operations & Rewards and Benefits Teams. You will assist them with daily administrative tasks and operational HR processes while working closely with its Team Leaders.

In your new role, you will:

- Be responsible for a broad range of **daily administrative activities **(e.g. management of access requests, team plans, organization, and structuration of tasks);
- Support **operational HR processes **for both **Employee Operations & Rewards and Benefits **Teams (e.g. change of working hours, parental leaves, etc.);
- **Work closely **with the **Team Leaders **from both teams, assisting in **daily and operational tasks **(e.g. preparation of team activities and presentations);
- **Collaborate with internal counterparts **to collect information and improve processes documentation;
- Support with **harmonization, automation, and process improvements **.

**Your profile**

You have great communication skills and a proactive personality, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. You are an organized person, who thrives in an international environment and are always ready to support your team.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

- A **degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Languages, **or a similar field;
- **Good command **of **MS Office tools **(e.g. PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel);
- **Affinity **towards **digital tools **;
- Ability to **structure your work within the team **;
- **Good command **of **English **(mandatory). Knowledge of German would be a plus.
