The New Year Readiness Specialist role is an essential role to take Cisco’s annual strategy and operationalizing it internally by enabling our sales teams to get a fast start in the new fiscal period; To put it simple: understanding how they will be paid

As the trusted advisor to the Sales teams, you will be responsible for driving Field Productivity and Readiness. Being the Sales advocate for ensuring new GTM and Strategy is established in all G2C tools and processes.

This role is key tore-imagining Operations and our Sales coverage support model.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- NYR orchestration with support from the Centre of Excellence team
- Sales incentive GTM readiness - policy program, set up and support
- Serve as the primary point of contact representing CES on Sales readiness towards other organizations
- Create cross-functional partnerships to plan, direct and coordinate business operations; conduct sales planning; and provide operations/sales process advisory services to help drive sales productivity in support of growth.
- Drive understanding and alignment to global/regional policies and processes as we continue Cisco’s Go-to-Market transformation
- RTB support: accurate set-up ; drive improvements on automation and accuracy
- HR process follow-up
- Goal to Commission Field Readiness, trusted advocate to the field on Policy, Comp and Visibility

Who You’ll Work With

You will be part of the Client Experience Service (CES) team and will work closely with your peers in-country, regionally and globally. You will leverage the network of specialists and cross-functional teams across in-person and digital channels. With thorough understanding and knowledge of your audience, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales Teams you cover.

Who you Are

Skills:

- Understanding of Goal to Commissions process and Cross functional teams involved.
- Ability to Co relate the impact of the Goal to Commission process on Sellers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of core cross functional teams within Cisco that engage with the Field.
- Strong collaboration skills being key to build successful relationships.
- Ability to identify trends that impact Sales productivity.
- Knowledge of Cisco’s Recurring Revenue strategy, and how consumption and fulfilment play a vital role in the Company’s success.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- You have experience using Cisco sales platforms including (FIN-BI, Tableau, MBR SAVM, SFDC,SHARE, Smartsheet, Visibility)

Competencies:

- Focused on driving productivity and simplification.
- Comfortable in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Analytical approach, ability to identify trends that impact Productivity thru a data lens and drive the required change.
- Ability to influence and lead key decision makers within Sales leadership.
