REPORTING ANALYST TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2305WEMA15203)

**About the job**
- The position of Reporting Analyst Trainee is available within PIMH (Portugal International Markets Hub) based in Lisbon and will contribute to the Wealth Management business line
- WM Finance Department is organized around two poles: Reporting, Control, Projects & Systems (RCPS) and Performance Management (PM) and two locations, Paris and Lisbon, with the same organization and acting as one single team

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Reporting activities
- Monitoring of consolidated and non-consolidated entities within the perimeter, from an accounting and permanent control point of view
- Be the person responsible to maintain the referential database of Group entities for Reporting
- Analyse and consolidate the Expected Credit Losses according to IFRS 9 accounting requirements on a quarterly basis and report to Group Finance
- Guarantee the quality of Financial Statements and internal controls performed at Local level
- Act as interlocutor between the Group and all the business lines, in all the tasks/requirements performed during the year
- Ensure the existence of up to date procedures and controls to cover all activities under the scope of responsibilites
- Permanent Control Activities
- Carry out the first level controls performing Check and Challenge and Independent Testing
- Ensure that the Control Framework is updated
- Ensure that Group procedures requirements are implemented, updated, properly stored and communicated
- Manages the historical incidents escalated by the finance staff or identified at their level
- Organize the follow-up of the findings and recommendations, either issued internally (e.g. IG supervision) or externally (external auditors, supervisors) and ensure that they are closed within due date
- Contribute to risk self-assessment (analysis of processes, risks and controls mapping, qualification of potential incidents), perform set up of corrective actions and formalize the control plan
- Entry point for other lines of defense requests and contribute to the definition of a common action plan

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in accounting, management or finance
- Fluent in English
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Initiative and proactivity
- Efficient communication skills
- Ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders across all the métier
- Able to work in an evolving environment
