Procuramos um **Business Analyst Trainee** para integrar a nossa equipa, participando em projetos desafiantes e dinâmicos, com acompanhamento de profissionais experientes.

**O que procuramos**:

- Formação superior em **Tecnologias de Informação**, **Engenharia Informática** ou áreas similares;
- Conhecimentos técnicos que permitam **analisar e interpretar logs aplicacionais**;
- Experiência ou familiaridade com **ferramentas de gestão de incidentes** (ex.: Jira, ServiceNow ou equivalentes);
- Capacidade analítica e organizacional, com atenção ao detalhe;
- Sentido crítico e capacidade para avaliar temas com profundidade;
- Vontade de aprender e interesse pelo negócio dos seguros;
- Proatividade, resiliência e orientação para a resolução de problemas;
- Espírito de equipa e boas competências de comunicação;
- Conhecimentos de inglês (valorizado).

**Como vais fazer a diferença**:
Vais receber e analisar pedidos de intervenção técnica, interpretando logs e conceitos de negócio para encaminhar os incidentes às equipas responsáveis. Colaborarás com equipas técnicas e de negócio, assegurando que problemas e requisitos são compreendidos e resolvidos de forma eficaz. Terás também um papel ativo na identificação de melhorias nos processos de suporte e manutenção, contribuindo para otimizar o dia a dia da equipa.
