Descrição do emprego
Estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa com a contratação de um Ship Coordinator. Este profissional reportará ao Diretor Comercial e será o principal interlocutor entre o Navio e o Operador. Terá como principais responsabilidades fornecer ao Navio Hotel todas as informações necessárias relativamente aos passageiros, articular com fornecedores, bem como fazer o controlo de toda a faturação, incluindo gestão de pagamentos de clientes, monitorização de vendas e débitos de extras a bordo.
Qualificações
- Experiência na função ou em receção NavioHotel;
- Conhecimentos sólidos de Inglês;
- Conhecimentos de Francês e Alemão serão valorizados;
- Capacidade de organização e planeamento;
- Orientação para a tarefa;
- Facilidade de trabalho em equipa;
- Domínio de Word, Excel, Outlook, NewHotel e PHC (preferencial);
- Disponibilidade imediata.
