**THE ROLE**
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Change Manager, in a large project in the area of banking.

Your main challenge will be developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives;
- Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change;
- Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics;
- Identifying and managing early resistance to change;
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Minimum 5 years of experience;
- Risk identification and follow-up;
- Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology;
- Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics, and spreadsheet software such as Excel;
- In-depth knowledge of models and forecasting;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- French language (nice to have);
- Willingness to learn and develop skills;
- Interpersonal communication;
- Proactivity to help solve problem;
