We operate as a consulting service firm since 2013 and offer specialized consulting services to clients in the financial and information technology sectors.

We are currently looking for an
**Applications Service Delivery Manager and Change Manager** to integrate one of your project teams in
**Lisbon/Porto**.

**Your New Role**:

- Application supervision, control, and deployment.
- Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives. Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change. Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics. Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Will also be responsible for monitoring and supervising changes to business processes and systems, technology, job roles, and structures within the organization and play a crucial role in ensuring that all key stakeholders.

**Mandatory skills requested for this position**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience;
- Risk identification and follow-up;
- Coordination and motivation skills;
- Know how to delegate;
- Systematic, critical and logical thinking;
- Summarization capabilities;
- Be committed, demanding and pedagogue;
- Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically;
- Great organizational, project, and time management skills;
- Able to work in a big team (great team spirit);
- English language - fluency is mandatory;
- French language (nice to have);
- Application supervision, control, and deployment.
