We are currently seeking a **Lead Delivery Manager **to join the team on exciting and challenging client engagements.

**A Lead Delivery Manager has an impact across the business and is a leader in the Delivery Management Practice. They are capable of leading large engagements through shaping, execution and conclusion being a creator of ideas and engaging clients and team members in the delivery and improvement of Emergn’s products and services.**

What you will do:

- Lead change that provides valuable outcomes for the client and people within their company, forever, in an engagement with complex systems of work and environment.
- Be accountable for the success of Emergn delivery in mid to large-sized complex clients.
- Ensure we delight our customers and retain the integrity of delivery by managing change solutions assurance services on an engagement.
- Solve the complex problems we face in an engagement in conjunction with the Emergn team. Establishing the Emergn team as trusted partners within the customer organization to ensure the successful implementation of change.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of Emergn’s body of knowledge, value propositions, products and services and working practices.
- Be a leader within Emergn’s delivery management practice - contributing to the development of capability and community.
- Influence Emergn revenue and margins through the solutions they contribute to shaping areas such as Digital Transformation and Learning Pathways, including Portfolio Mgt, Product Mgt and Agile enablement, including the structure of work, organizational design, skills, and knowledge.
- Manage the engagement assurance, capture metrics and check with the Engagement Design Office, leading the agreed actions for one engagement.
- Generate the feedback on the success validated by measures from the experiments to close the engagement.
- Create the client whitepaper as an output for packaging of the value proposition.

- Hold expertise in delivery management/professional services/product management or in senior positions in an enterprise organization.
- Have led large-scale transformations dealing with complex models that solve the challenges faced.
- Know how to coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices. You are a recognized expert who advocates these approaches, continuously reflecting and challenging the team.
- Can act as the escalation point and resolve large or high-risk commercial management issues. You know how to coach others in appropriate commercial management.
- Know how to optimise the delivery flow of teams. You actively address the most complicated risks, issues and dependencies including where ownership exists outside the team or no clear ownership exists. You can identify innovative ways to unblock issues.
- Can identify and challenge organizational processes of increasing complexity and those processes that are unnecessarily complicated. You can add value and can coach the organization to inspect and adapt processes. You know how to guide teams through the implementation of a new process.
- Know how to lead a continual planning process in a very complex environment. You can plan beyond product delivery. You can identify dependencies in plans across services and coordinate delivery. You know how to coach other teams as the central point of expertise.
- Can change organizational structures to fixable and sustainable designs. You can lead on strategy for an entire organization, joining up business needs with innovative analysis. You can make and justify decisions characterised by high levels of risk, impact and complexity. You know how to build consensus between highly independent and diverse stakeholders.
- Are experienced in Systems Thinking, Strategy creation and implementation, measures metrics, Agile, Lean-Product Management, and Leading change in organizations.
- Have led client engagements from qualification through to the capturing of outcomes.
- Applied experimentation, consulting skills and competencies with a client focus, building and sustaining enduring relationships.
