**Operations, Moving, Fairs & Events - Solutions**

The primary function of the Operations, Moving Fairs & Events is to coordinate all service solutions linked to the special business unit of Moving, Fairs & Events.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and will provide the highest level of customer service and quality by efficiently processing all inbound and outbound solutions within agreed time frames. Direct communication with customers, agents, overseas offices, ocean, road carriers, air& sea providers, warehouses, fairground agents as well as mobility certified agents is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily management and coordination of complete logistics solutions (all transport modes, onsite logistics, customized logistics solutions, customs)
- Establish and coordinate schedules/services with carriers, suppliers, agents, and customs brokers,
- Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance
- Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solutions
- Confirm and manage costs with carriers and suppliers
- Responsible for cost estimations and allocations, via DSV system
- Responsible for requesting the Invoice issuance and send Invoices to clients
- Evaluate enquiries and select most cost-effective method providing the full solution to the customer
- Daily communication with customers on relevant issues and its resolution
- Availability to travel 2 to 4 times/year for onsite operational coordination (international fairgrounds)
- Availability to be in prevention and reachable by mobile whenever there are Fairs & Events international projects being operationally executed, including during the weekend

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years international transportation, Freight Forwarding industry experience,
- Knowledge of customs regulations is highly desirable
- Education in supply chain logistics, international transportation, international trade, or a related field of study.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
