Welcome to Vila Vita Parc, where exceptional service meets the beauty of the Algarve. We are excited to offer an internship opportunity designed for those eager to explore Human Resources and Talent Management, within our People and Culture Department.

As an intern in the People and Culture Department, you will have a key role in supporting a variety of HR functions, focusing on people involvement, payroll, administration, and compliance. You will also contribute to talent acquisition efforts and help ensure the smooth operation of HR services. Your responsibilities will include:
**Vila Vita Parc Branding and Commitment**:

- Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to the values and mission of Vila Vita Parc, contributing to the preservation and strengthening of the brand's reputation and identity in all areas of operation.
- Represent and promote the Vila Vita Parc brand in all interactions and activities, ensuring that our standards of quality and excellence associated with our resort are maintained and reinforced.

**People Involvement, Payroll & Admin, and Compliance**:

- Help Desk and Integration Support: Assist with employee onboarding and integration, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Attendance System Support: Help manage the ELO system, handling shift schedules and attendance tracking.
- Medical Services: Provide support for Occupational Health services.
- Health Insurance: Assist with the inclusion and exclusion of employees in the health insurance plans.
- Compliance Support: Help manage admissions, re-admissions, and terminations, ensuring compliance with internal and legal requirements.

**Personal Competencies**:

- Respect the norms of the establishment regarding personal appearance, hygiene, and the working environment.
- Actively contribute to a workplace free from bullying, harassment, or discrimination, supporting an environment of dignity, equity, and mutual respect.
- Be flexible and autonomous in your role, capable of adapting to changing circumstances and taking initiative when needed.
- Manage stress effectively, maintaining composure and professionalism even during busy or challenging times.

- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, ensuring clear and courteous interactions at all times.
