As an Employee Integration and Support Technician, within the People and Culture Department, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient onboarding experience aligned with Vila Vita Parc’s high standards. This role is essential to ensure every employee feels valued from the very first moment.
**What you will do - Key Responsibilities**
- Execute onboarding and integration procedures for new employees.
- Manage administrative and legal documentation processes, including contracts and insurance.
- Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and social infrastructure for employees.
- Oversee time tracking and absence records, ensuring compliance with internal systems.
- Support the employee lifecycle from hiring to contract termination.
- Promote internal communication and contribute to a positive organizational environment.
- Represent the Vila Vita Parc brand with professionalism and excellence in all interactions.
**What we are looking for - Ideal Profile**
- Higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Hospitality or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation and hospitality principles.
- Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English; other languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR software (uMan, ELO).
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Proactivity, empathy, resilience, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
