- **Office-based position in Lisbon Oriente**:

- No experience required, comprehensive training provided
- **Shift Schedule: Monday-Saturday (7:00 - 17:00)**:

- 40 hours/week, including Public Holidays (Sunday + 1 rotating day off)

As a **Customer Advisor**, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product guidance—ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

**As a Customer Support Advisor, you will**:

- Offering the most appropriate information and solutions aligned with customer queries
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to meet customer needs
- Document interactions and track cases to resolution

**Competitive salary and benefits package (including meal allowance)**:

- **1000€ gross/month x 14 months** (it's1044€ gross/month x 12 months **)**:

- basic salary
- **Up to 100€ gross**/month performance bonus
- **Meal allowance: 7.23€ NET/day**on a voucher card (approx. 145€ NET/month)
- **20€/month transport allowance**

- 6-month **renewable full-time contract**(according to Portuguese law)
