**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Background in Tourism (preferable), business, sales, communication, languages and other related area.
- Communication skills and outgoing personality
- English fluency

The schedule is rotative and organized by shifts.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30.
**TASKS**:
- Meeting point management and coordination and promotion of tours;
- Promotion of tours and pickups of guests at partner hostels;
- Promotion and material delivery with partners and other businesses;
- Back-office assistance (Help with bookings, reports & statistics)
- Marketing Research
- Contact with hotels, tour guides, and other suppliers
- Building up a database
- Management of all OTC's and update our products online
- Critical analysis of our and our competitors' position online and report and analysis of the company's global number across all departments
- Schedule: rotative
**WORKING HOURS**:40 hours per week
**LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE**:
- English B2/C1
