We are currently looking for a **Training Manager** to join our global team

The Training Manager will be responsible for organising all training within the company. This includes co-responsibility for HR Development Processes, working closely with other Learning Administrators and Implementation partners on the back-end of our **Success Factors Leaning Management System**.
The Training Manager will also be co-accountable for user training and documentation in our Success Factors Leaning Management System, end-user support and reporting.

**Responsibilities**
- Single Point of Contact for all Language Services Training
- Accountable for Language Services Catalog: Creating, adding and administrating Learnings
- Tracking Learning completion of FTEs
- Liaison with other departments where applicable
- On-boarding: assigning and scheduling Learnings; maintaining and updating curricula/training plans; reporting and follow-up
- Support to HR: audit support; training effectiveness; surveys & reports; gap analysis; support/responsible for training initiatives (company-wide)
- Organising training: set up (logistics); liaising with requester to meet the needs of the training; tracking
- Content creation (Creating training programmes): researching topics; creating training material (presentations, videos, supporting GPS/MKT/Prod.); revising existing content; formatting; editing; voice-over; publishing (Taken from current BIM PM JD)
- End-user training and documentation
- Internal process implementation

**Exigences**:

- University degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years’ experience in program/project management or in similar role
- 1-3 years’ experience in localisation or translation industry
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of SAP Success Factors (Learning module)
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in client relationship management at different levels
- Outstanding analytical, communication and organisational skills
- Autonomy, strong team spirit and proactive attitude
- Ability to prioritise tasks and workload
