Lankhorst Ropes is part of the WireCo WorldGroup, one of the world's largest steel and synthetic fiber cables manufacturers. As a globally oriented distributor, the company mainly focuses on the assembly/post processing and marketing of high-quality, synthetic ropes and steel cables for mooring and anchor systems, as well as for hoisting and towing systems according to customer specifications at order level.
**Job Description**:
The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional support to the Commercial Organization and its customers throughout the sales life cycle of our products both domestically and abroad. Serving both internal and external customers; this role requires keen attention to detail; excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills; and a willingness to learn and stay abreast about WireCo, our products, and the market.
This role works in tandem with a highly proficient and enthusiastic Customer Care Team that exemplifies the behaviors of the WireCo Business System (WBS):

**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or Academic Degree
- Experience in a Customer Support role, preferably working for a manufacturing or industrial company
- Fluent in English and Portuguese language required; fluent in Dutch language strongly preferred
**Desired Qualifications**
- Working knowledge of SalesForce
- Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Customer focus, Communication, Accuracy, Initiative and Problem solving activity
