Team Leader Workshop

**Your Mission**:
Maintain order, cleanliness and safety in the Production, maintaining Workshop & Assembly Standards at all times

To work closely with Warehouse & Crating staff to ensure goods are available and meet customer schedules

To be flexible and to undertake additional duties and/or responsibilities as our customers’ needs dictate

Undertaking all new assembly, refurbishment and kitting duties as directed by the Production Manager

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Encourage creativity and risk-taking

Suggest and organize team building activities

**Your Profile**:
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor is a plus

In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

Good PC skills, especially MS Apps & SAP

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Organizational and time-management

Decision-making

Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
