Tasks
**Responsibilities**:
- Become a support member of our cross-functional product and data team and provide the team with analytics data
- Take an active part in plannings, sprints, reviews and retros of the product teams
- Understand business goals and convert them into data collection requirements
- Create implementation concepts and technical analytics specifications
- Implement the tracking through the tag manager required for accurate data collection
- Be in close alignment with your future data peers to jointly optimize analytics
- Make data more reliable & understandable so products can adapt quickly to customer needs and requirements
**Requirements**:
Skill Profile
- Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on business informatics, information technologies, or media management
- Deep knowledge of data & analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe analytics and Tag Managers (GTM, Launch, etc.)
- Profound skills in setting up tracking concepts, solution designs and implementation instructions
- High-quality technical tracking implementation skills to collect reliable data for web and mobile
- Basic experience with technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Competency in understanding business goals and converting them into data collection requirements
- Stakeholder management experience from technical to business
- Excellent communication skills in English
**Plus**:
- Know-how in the area of customer journey optimization, funnel-/ conversion optimization and A/B testing
- Technical tracking implementation skills to collect reliable data for mobile
- You show a hypothesis
- and data-driven attitude
- You have experience with technologies such as APIs, Python and SQL
