**Join Our Team as a Full-Time Waiter/Waitress**

Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to deliver outstanding service in a dynamic, guest-focused environment? We’re looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team

As a **Waiter/Waitress**, you are one of the key faces of our establishment. Your role is to ensure every guest feels welcome and well taken care of from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will work across the dining room, bar, and terrace, and contribute to creating a warm and memorable experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables courteously.
- Present menus, answer questions, and advise guests on food and beverage choices.
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently, noting special requests or allergies.
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring presentation and timing standards are met.
- Ensure guest needs are anticipated and followed up on throughout the meal.
- Actively participate in service in the dining room, bar, and terrace during shifts.
- Help with setting up and clearing the terrace at opening and closing, as part of the team.
- Prepare tables before service and clean them promptly after guests leave.
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene standards are maintained in all areas.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Handle payments accurately and ensure proper cash register procedures are followed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is a plus.
- Friendly, dynamic, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and basic English (French is a plus).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
