**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and define the QA offer.
- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Manage training and continuous learning of QA staff by means of short courses, conferences, meetups, certifications, etc.
- Development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework. Driving and improving the QA team in areas of automated testing and agile testing
- Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation.
- Oversee all QA activities, including functional testing, performance testing, and security testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to QA services.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, including leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies and tools.
- Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating QA teams.
- Sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the IT consulting industry.
- English proficiency
