Social Media Manager

**Designer & Photographer**

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Designer, Photographer and Videographer, with a marketing background, to join our team and contribute to the delivery of amazing content about our premium venue. As a Designer & Photographer, you will work under the guidance of the CEO to maintain consistently high standards in advertising and promoting our premium venue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and branding of printed materials, such as stationery
- Creating brand guidelines for the suppliers.
- Photography - photoshoots with natural lighting or in a studio, image editing and retouching (people, food, real estate, product, venues, events etc.)
- Social media design & management - content creation and management of social media accounts, based on the needs of the company.
- Video creation and editing for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and other platforms)
- Business materials - presentation design, online brochures, and other business elements.
- Advertisements - developing advertisement’s visual elements in line with the requirements of the company.
- Identifying the best ways of presenting concepts in a manner that aligns with company´s vision.
- Follow deadlines as set by the company.
- Solve customer complaints that may arise through social media and respond to customer comments, messages and requests.
- Maintain company´s image up to the standards set by the company and improve these standards when required.

**Requirements**:

- Be a native or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency. Effective communication skills in English are mandatory.
- The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven design, photography, videography and marketing experience.
- Extensive knowledge of design, photography trends and marketing.
- Must have knowledge in Users experience design, typography, color theory, design principles, photo and video editing software, print design, visual branding and communication, brand management, deliver
- presentations.
- Strong motivation, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Impeccable Time management, problem-solving, adaptability and critical thinking.
- Good understanding of Adobe Products (or other alternatives).
- Ability to create short videos and edit videos for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure, while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Office Space is not provided.
