Are you passionate about digital advertising and skilled in identifying business opportunities? Join a dynamic multinational company and become part of a high-performing team driving results for Reddit advertising campaigns.

- Generate qualified leads through strategic prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach

- Identify potential customers’ needs and evaluate their fit for Reddit advertising solutions

- Build relationships and educate leads on Reddit’s advertising value

- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and closing sales representatives

- Excellent prospecting and lead generation techniques across multiple channels

- Deep understanding of the sales funnel and pipeline management

- Strong ability to qualify and nurture leads

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 level)

- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with prospects

- Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce

- Familiarity with marketing and advertising concepts is a plus

- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (mandatory)

- Demonstrated success exceeding lead generation targets

- High school diploma (physical copy required)

- Non-EU candidates must possess a Portuguese residence card

- Candidates must already reside in Lisbon – relocation is not provided
