**The Role**

**Analyst - Sales Operations**

This is an internal facing role reporting into the global sales operations function. The role has primary responsibility for delivering sales enabling activities for WTW España.

Key responsibilities are listed below. There will be a requirement to manage additional sales enabling project based work as determined by the business leaders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for enquires and ownership related to the **CRM system** - including colleague training / support
- Support the delivery of global sales enablement processes:

- Account planning - co-ordinate cross business planning sessions related to highest growth potential clients, identify actions and report progress
- Client satisfaction - co-ordination of the net promoter score survey and independent client review interviews
- Clients at risk - identification, tracking and reporting of revenue at risk scenarios
- Responsible for producing data analysis and insights related to client and market segmentation, priority setting & target identification
- Responsible for working with colleagues in the analytics team to produce sales pipeline reporting utilising data from the CRM system
- Work closely with marketing and sales colleagues to co-ordinate and manage sales campaigns
- Provide sales enabling support to Lead Relationship Managers
- Interact with senior stakeholders to support the various businesses through sales operations activity

**Qualifications**:

- Able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Understanding of project management techniques
- Degree in Business, Sales Operations or similar
- Demonstrable communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to represent the Sales Operations practice and WTW with integrity and credibility

- Understanding of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Competent in Microsoft tools - primarily excel (Vlookups, pivot tables and advanced formula) and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with data and basic analytical models
- High spoken and written proficiency in Spanish and English.
