Assistente de Customer Care

Integrando o departamento de Customer Care, terá como principais responsabilidades:
- Gestão de encomendas (Registo, acompanhamento e confirmação);
- Pedidos, acompanhamento, confirmação e envio de amostras piloto aos clientes / agentes;
- Efetuar a faturação (exportação) dos produtos e a gestão e negociação dos respetivos transportes;
- Elaboração do seguro de mercadorias;
- Colaborar com o armazém do Produto Acabado de forma a assegurar o correto carregamento dos transportes;
- Gerir o stock dos produtos de Stock Service;
- Gerir o stock de catálogos;
- Gestão de reclamações;
- Responsável pelo bom funcionamento do Serviço de Amostras (SAM) e Serviço de Apoio a Vendas (SAV);
- Responsável pela inscrição e preparação das Feiras do sector.
- Apoio ao Area Sales Manager;
- Report de dados da atividade.
**Perfil pretendido**:
- Licenciatura (preferencial);
- Valoriza-se experiência de trabalho em empresa industrial;
- Fluência em Inglês (falado e escrito) - eliminatório;
- Domínio de Excel;
- Elevada orientação para o Cliente;
- Serão predominantemente valorizadas as competências comportamentais, nomeadamente flexibilidade, capacidade de adaptação, espírito resolutivo e com orientação para a solução, facilidade no relacionamento interpessoal, espírito de equipa, boa capacidade de comunicação.
