**Your contribution to something big**:
We are looking for a Business Partner to act as the Controlling Business Partner for the Electric Hot Water Business Managers (PAE).
In this role, you will monitor financial target achievement within your area of responsibility (e.g. Price Change Rate, External Failure Costs) to identify opportunities and risks. Proactively, you will develop suggestions for countermeasures to achieve targets and provide decision-relevant information and recommendations to management, including evaluating different scenarios. Additionally, you will support Business Managers with portfolio complexity reduction activities and Business Plan controlling activities (e.g. product phase-in/phase-out planning).

**What distinguishes you**:
- Degree or Master in Economics or Business and Administration;
- Previous experience in a similar Controlling Business Partner role is highly desirable.
- Strong analytics skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources (SAP, Excel, BI), being able to identify opportunities and risks;
- Problem solving skills, with the ability to understand the impact of the business decisions and to recommend for actions to the main stakeholders;
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to structure clear presentations and to simplify a financial message to non-finance stakeholders
- Fluent in English
