Main Responsibilities: - Oversee and control a segment of our premium properties. - Follow the company standards and engage with clients in order to create long-term customer loyalty. - Meet and maintain LovelyStay cleaning quality standards, performing apartment inspections and property inventory. - Conduct daily property inspections prior to guests’ arrivals. - Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with cleaning team, suppliers, fellow regional team members and upper management team. - Be the point of contact for emergencies, communicating directly with guests and reporting to back-office. **Requisitos** : - Tourism/ Hotel Management academic background is a plus. - Previous experience in the hospitality field is an advantage, particularly in premium hospitality. - Previous experience managing properties is desirable. - Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese & English. - Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, clients & colleagues. - Autonomy and capability of acting quickly and solving challenges. - Strong attention to detail with high quality standards. - Organization and stress management.
