**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure company-set standards across the managed properties;
- To facilitate communication with different suppliers such as housekeeping and internal teams, to guarantee the best possible outcome for every reservation;
- To ensure VIP guest relations communication;
- To verify and assert the good condition of the units managed by the company;
- Proactively contribute in the development of optimised processes across the Operational departments;
- Support in the preparation of periodic improvement reports for the properties managed by the company;
- Report directly to, and assist in the day to day tasks of the Property Care Team Leader.

**Requirements**:

- Academical background in Tourism or Hospitality area;
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in Hospitality;
- English fluency (others will be a plus);
- Soft Skills: client oriented multitasking, capacity to work with stress situations, autonomous, proactive and detailed;
- Flexible, someone able to work shifts - 10h00-19h00 /10h30-19h30 / 11h00-20h00/11h30-20h30 / 12h00-21h00.

Pagamento: De 850,00€ por mês

- Turno de 8 horas
- Turno rotativo

Remuneração suplementar:

- Bónus trimestral
- Décimo terceiro salário
- Subsídio de Natal
