**Responsibilities***:

- Data Management: Develop and implement robust data models, integration strategies, and data lifecycle management approaches tailored to on-premises environments.
- Governance and Security: Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data privacy, compliance, and security protocols are adhered to.
Storage Expertise: Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of relational and non-relational data storage solutions to support diverse data types and workloads.
- Data Validation: Create and execute data validation procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data throughout its lifecycle.
Cloud Technologies (preferred): Leverage cloud platforms, including AWS, to architect scalable and efficient data solutions, utilizing data lake and data warehouse architectures.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Tackle complex data challenges with an analytical and innovative approach, finding practical and effective solutions.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a passion for staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in the data architecture domain, striving for professional growth and excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Architect, with a focus on on-premises data management.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, integration, and data governance practices.
- Experience with both relational and non-relational database systems and storage technologies.
- Familiarity with data lake and data warehouse architectures; knowledge of data mesh concepts is a plus.
- Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural environments and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
