**Job Role**:Product Owner - Network

As the Product owner in the Global Network Centre of Excellence (COE), you will execute on the strategy and roadmap of our productized IP solutions. You will lead a team dedicated to building scale in our Network solution adoption across the globe, by creating and maturing repeatable solutions. Your core objective is to continually improve our product and processes to deliver more adoption of solutions in response to customer demand. You will own the product development lifecycle, act as an escalation point for product/process defects and lead the team to resolve issues within their technology portfolio.

**About the Role**

Logicalis is looking for a Product Owner. You will join a team who work collaboratively with product owners, solution architects and DevOps engineers, to make our products easier to use. You will also ensure that internal resources are maintaining suitable documentation to ensure product quality and compliance.

You will drive adoption of solutions within regions, presenting to regional managers, sales and practice leaders evangelising the developed solutions.
- You will be supported by the following roles:_
- Lead Architect: The lead Architect provides technical expertise helping to translate functional requirements into technical solutions and ultimately user stories in the Product backlog. Assists the development team in building to the specifications provided.
- Agile Delivery Lead: An Agile Delivery lead (Scrum master) will be assigned to your development team to run the daily agile ceremonies.
- Developers: A mixture of dedicated & shared development engineers that will assist in delivering the capability as defined.

You will work with a peer group of product owners and the VP of Solutions to continually improve the Logicalis product development framework.
- Your core responsibilities will consist of: _
- Work with the Global CTO and VP of Solutions to develop and maintain a product roadmap
- Work with go-to-market teams to formulate value proposition and marketing positioning for global offerings
- Ensure all items on the product roadmap have clear requirements that the team can execute against
- Work with the Lead Architect to accurately plan and estimate product and enhancement release schedules for the product roadmap
- Own and oversee the operation of the product development lifecycle for all Network offerings including
- Backlog prioritization
- Sprint planning
- Daily Stand-us
- Iteration Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Final review of solutions prior to release
- Work with stakeholders in the following teams so that they are enabled to leverage the capabilities released:

- Sales teams
- Project Delivery teams
- Global Services Organization
- Own the pricing and cost models for all network offerings
- Conducting regular career planning and reviews with direct reports

**Job Requirements**:
**About You**
- You will:_
- Have at least 5 years of experience leading product teams to develop and deliver new products and services, while maintaining existing products and its enhancements
- Collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement with global cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Experienced with agile ways of working and ceremonies
- Passion in sharing your knowledge through coaching and mentoring
- Ability to challenge established ways of doing business while influencing desired outcomes, constantly pivoting to handle competing business priorities in order to continue to meet the organization's strategy
- Able to see the product as a value add to the customer and able to continuously have the customer at top of mind
- Experience with modern network architecture solutions
