This traineeship is in an Organization which organizes Tours, Pub crawls and activities for tourists that visit Lisbon. During the traineeship, the trainee is going to assist of the office work and will provide support on the organization and execution of several tasks related to Free Walking tours, Paid tours, Private tours, Boat trips, Dinners, Pub-crawl, etc.

**LOCATION**:Lisbon (Portugal)

**MINIMUM DURATION**:3 months

**START DATE**:As soon as possible

**AREA**:BUSINESS - Tourism

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Background in Tourism (preferable), business, sales, communication, languages and other related area.
- Communication skills and outgoing personality
- English fluency
- Adaptability and proactivity
- Sales skills

The company is always recruiting.

Working days and shifts rotate each week (2 days off a week included)

**TASKS**:

- Meeting point management and coordination and promotion of tours
- Promotion and material delivery with partners and other business
- Back-office assistance
- Team management assistance
- Events/fairs research and planning
- Assistance with private groups
- Marketing research
- Contact with hotels, tour guides and other suppliers
- Building up data base
- Promotion of tours and pickups of guests at partner hostels

**WORKING HOURS**:40 hours per week

**LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE**:

- English B2/C1
