**LOCATION**:Lisbon (Portugal)

**MINIMUM DURATION**:3 months

**START DATE**:As soon as possible

**AREA**:BUSINESS - Hospitality management, Tourism

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Background in Tourism (preferable), business, sales, communication, languages and other related area.
- Communication skills and outgoing personality
- English fluency
- Adaptability and proactivity
- Sales skills

The company is always recruiting.

Working days and shifts rotate each week (2 days off a week included)

Interest in Sales and MKT;
Schedule Monday to Friday (10:00- 18h30).

**TASKS**:

- Assign weekly routes assist on creating a schedule for material distribution
- Create and expand the routes create new innovating ideas to expand our current routes
- Hostel file organization and update organize and improve file organization
- Hostel relationship management on a daily basis
- Creation and update of Hostel protocol review our agreement with hostels and improve our current protocol status
- Inventory control of different kinds of materials and marketing materials (flyers, maps, brochures, etc)

**WORKING HOURS**:40 hours per week

**LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE**:

- English B2/C1
