**What you’ll do**:

- You will be managing Emma’s demand planning team. Leading the demand planners by providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
- You will lead Emma’s S&OP process, analyzing sales data and incorporating input from all stakeholders to create a demand plan that drives service level goals and inventory optimization.
- You will manage demand planning processes, including statistical forecasting and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Emma’s country teams, Marketing, and Operations to incorporate customer insights into forecasts.
- You will work closely with the supply planning team to ensure that inventory levels are optimized to minimize stock-outs while minimizing excess inventory.
- You will monitor and report on forecast accuracy, service level performance, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will continuously assess market trends, competitor activity, and other external factors that impact demand planning, adjusting forecasts as needed to respond to changing market conditions.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You have a bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration, supply chain or a related field.
- You have strong leadership and team management skills.
- You are strategically driven. You can develop and implement an ambitious vision for the team.
- You are analytically strong, can draw meaningful insights when looking at data and have a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in demand planning, as well as S&OP processes is a big plus.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization, as well as very good English skills.
