We are an International Real Estate Investment Group looking for a **Immigration Lawyer**, for our office based in **Lisbon - Parque das Nações**.
- MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:_
- Handle the notarization of documents;
- Conduct regular follow-ups on processes with AIMA;
- Submission/maintenance of client processes in the ARI portal;
- Provide assistance to Non-Habitual Residents.
- IDEAL CANDIDATE:_
- Law Degree from a **Portuguese University** and **Active Professional Ballot in the respective Order** (mandatory);
- Professional experience required - more than 6 years post-admission, with experience in the field of immigration Law;
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
- Experience in notarial acts and related practice;
- Knowledge of Immigration Law, especially in the context of the Golden Visa, including experience with the ARI portal (mandatory);
- Availability and strong commitment;
- Ability to work autonomouslyand proactivity;
- Excellent organization skills, cooperation, self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team.
- AREA OF SPECIALIZATION:_
- **Immigration Law (Golden Visa)**

This position is offered under a service provision basis (green receipts required).
