Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an efficient Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, storage, and other warehouse operations. You will be responsible for refining inventory management systems and efficiently handling processes such as product receiving, storage, and value-added services

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity goals are achieved and all warehouse processes run smoothly and swiftly

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategically manage the warehouse according to company policies and vision
- Enhance the company's inventory management system and establish data storage systems
- Handle receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance operations within the warehouse and store areas
- Set up a reasonable warehouse layout and ensure effective space utilisation
- Conduct regular and proper inventory controls, generate reports, and statistical data (e.g., inbound/outbound status reports, slow-moving inventory reports)
- Adhere to all warehouse, loading/unloading, and other regulatory requirements
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transportation companies

Requirements and Skills:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager (mandatory)
- Proficiency in any two of the following languages: Portuguese, English, or Chinese (mandatory)
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in warehouse management software and databases
- Strong data analysis skills
- Ability to implement process improvement plans
- Leadership skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
