We are looking for a **Product Manager/Application Manager **to join on our team**.**

**Mandatory requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in technical aspects and product management, encompassing incident management, evolution, backlog management, release management, etc
- Familiarity with data integration/management challenges in API, WebServices, SFTP, ETL, and Datalake
- Previous experience with ServiceNow tools and a solid understanding of ITIL processes
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English (French proficiency is a valuable asset)
- Demonstrated resilience and organizational skills, especially in managing critical situations
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
