International player in the energy sector is recruiting an Accounting Coordinator (M/F).

**Your new role**
Our Finance & Administration Business Line is looking for an Accounting Coordinator for its Operations, who will have the following responsibilities:

- Coordinate activities and accountants allocated to a scope of Countries;
- Be responsible to submit companies’ financial statements on HFM, monthly, assuring the IFRS harmonization for the group Accounts;
- Manage specific technical operations: liquidation or merge of companies, tax optimization, knowledge of equity’s operation, open Permanent Establishments, or subsidiaries;
- Book and control the Inter-companies flow;
- Assure the Monthly payroll entries are done and on a timely and quality manner;
- Be responsible for Tax Computation and Returns: VAT, Corporate Tax, Income Tax, WHT, Local Tax (CVAE, Paye, CIS, CET) are done and loaded on a proper manner following local requisites;
- Be a key person to laid down all tax local requirements and updates;
- Preparation of annual accounts for all the legal entities of the country in both local and group GAAP;
- Ensure the Local COA for all scope of countries and assure that works with Group COA;
- Booking of the closing entries (Journal entries and IFRS harmonization’s) and set-up the closing file for the auditors;
- Be responsible for the initial consolidation process and assure the entries are done;
- Liaise with the AP´s department by a smooth incorporation of different geographies/companies of the group on the system;
In charge of the accounting system improvements working side by side with similar departments of other Regions;
- Ensure the initial tax assessment to enter in new countries, working side by side with Tax consultant;
- Guarantee the Transfer Prices dossier actualization;
- Manage IFRS 16 using a proper company system feeding it on a regular basis;
- Be a key person for internal processes improvements likely Purchase, Assets, Inventories, FX and so on;
- Interface with the countries teams that belongs to the Region, assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas;
- Assure that the corporate secretary is updated as the minutes of the Annual General Assembly for the following decisions: approval of the yearly financial statements, change of the auditors and others.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Master’s degree in accounting;
- At least 5 years of experience as Accountant/ Consolidation Responsible;
- Strong Knowledge of VAT operations;
- Full Tax Management experience;
- Accounting Software: configuration, booking and access right for security purpose;
- English proficiency (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of HFM or other consolidation tool;
Strong Knowledge of IFRS, specifically Asset, FX, Investments

and shares, Financing;
- Good Knowledge on Consolidation process;
- Experience on more than one Country accounting policies;
- IT and Robots Mindset.
