HR Business Partner

O **HR Business Partner (HRBP)** será o ponto de contacto estratégico entre os Recursos Humanos e as operações do **Amorim Luxur**y** Comporta**, garantindo que as políticas e iniciativas de RH estão alinhadas com os objetivos do negócio e promovendo uma cultura de excelência e desenvolvimento contínuo.
**Principais Responsabilidades**:
- Atuar como parceiro estratégico da gestão local, apoiando na definição e implementação de iniciativas de **gestão de pessoas;**:
- Garantir a **atração, recrutamento e integração** de talento qualificado, em alinhamento com as necessidades operacionais;
- Gerir e apoiar processos de **desenvolvimento de carreira, formação e avaliação de desempenho;**:
- Implementar e assegurar boas práticas de **employee experience**, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho positivo e produtivo;
- Apoiar na gestão de **relações laborais**, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação e das diretrizes internas;
- Colaborar com a equipa central de RH na implementação de políticas e programas globais;
- Acompanhar **indicadores de gestão de talento**, analisando métricas e propondo melhorias contínuas.
**Perfil do Candidato**:
- Formação superior em **Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Gestão** ou áreas similares;
- Experiência mínima de **5 anos** em funções de **HRBP, Generalista de RH ou funções similares**, preferencialmente no setor da hotelaria, restauração ou retalho;
- Forte capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e de influência;
- Organização, autonomia e capacidade de adaptação a ambientes dinâmicos;
- Conhecimentos de **legislação laboral** e boas práticas de RH;
- Fluência em **inglês.
