Compliance Project Manager Lisbon (Hybrid)

**About the Role**:
Join a fast-paced, forward-thinking team dedicated to driving regulatory change and compliance excellence for one of our clients in the financial sector. As a Compliance Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives from design to implementation, ensuring regulatory goals are met with precision and impact. If you thrive on structure, stakeholder engagement, and making real change happen in complex environments - this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and deliver compliance-related projects from planning to execution
- Coordinate stakeholders across various locations and departments
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance routines
- Analyze processes, gather data, and support reporting activities
- Prepare clear and insightful presentations for clients and management
- Support the implementation and follow-up of project outcomes

**Tools & Tech**:

- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint - Expert level
- General proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

**Languages**:

- English - Fluent (mandatory)
- French - Nice to have

**Profile**:

- Experience in managing projects, preferably in compliance or regulatory contexts
- Skilled in leading workshops, meetings, and change initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and organizational mindset
- Client-focused and results-driven
- Previous experience in financial services or regulatory environments is a plus
