As an ISO27001/27002 Compliance Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will:

- Establish an Information Security Management System (ISMS) compliant with ISO 27001/27002.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement risk treatment plans.
- Develop and document information security policies and procedures.
- Implement training and awareness programs for employees, ensuring they are fully engaged in security practices.
- Lead weekly status meetings, delegate tasks, and manage a cross-functional team to ensure project milestones are met and compliance is maintained.
- Assess and allocate necessary resources to achieve project goals, and prepare for ISO 27001 certification audits.

About You
- Possess expert knowledge in ISO27001/27002 compliance and have a strong background in project management.
- Are skilled in reporting and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Have experience in leading teams using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Are adept at conducting risk assessments and developing detailed reports and documentation.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in-office in the center of Lisbon and reporting directly to the Head of Information Technology.
