Estamos à procura de um Project Manager Sénior com sólida experiência na implementação de ERPs. Serás responsável por gerir os projetos mais estratégicos das TI, garantindo a integração entre as áreas de negócios e a tecnologia, com o objetivo de otimizar processos e promover a transformação digital da empresa.

**O que será o teu dia-a-dia de trabalho**
- Definir e acompanhar o planeamento, execução e entrega de projeto associados à implementação do novo ERP da hôma, assegurando que os prazos, âmbito, orçamentos e objetivos sejam cumpridos.
- Colaborar com stakeholders de diferentes áreas da empresa para alinhar a solução ERP às necessidades do negócio.
- Gerir a integração de novos módulos ou atualizações no ERP, monitorizando a compatibilidade com os sistemas legados e a interface com outras soluções tecnológicas.
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos de negócios através de soluções de TI e ERP.
- Fornecer liderança técnica e estratégica, orientando a equipa nas melhores práticas de implementação e uso de ERPs.
- Elaborar e manter documentações de projeto, incluindo status reports, cronogramas e relatórios de performance.
- Mitigar riscos e resolver problemas que possam afetar a execução dos projetos.
- Garantir a gestão de mudanças eficaz durante as fases de implementação dos projetos.
- Atuar como ponto de contato principal entre a equipe de TI e as áreas de negócios durante todo o ciclo de vida dos projetos.

**O que vamos valorizar no teu perfil**
- 8 a 10 anos de experiência comprovada na gestão de projetos de TI, com foco em implementação de ERP (preferencialmente SAP, SAGE ou Dynamics 365).
- Experiência em liderança de equipas multidisciplinares, preferencialmente num ambiente projeto de transformação estruturante.
- Formação em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas relacionadas.
