We are in search of a **Junior Data and Integration Specialist**to join our innovative team as our new **#bloqstar**. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in **supporting data-driven decision.**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Manage and update our Airtable databases (structure, records, formulas, views);
- Set up and maintain integrations between tools using no-code/low-code platforms (like Zapier, Make, etc.);
- Handle basic API connections and data syncing between tools;
- Perform data cleaning, formatting, and mapping (e.g., working with JSON data);
- Build simple internal tools and automations to reduce manual work;
- Create and maintain user-friendly interfaces for non-technical stakeholders;
- Monitor data accuracy and troubleshoot syncing issues when they arise.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- A basic understanding of data formats (especially JSON, CSV);
- 1 year of experience in automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar platforms);
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, Airtable, or database-style tools;
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking;
- Eagerness to learn new tools and solve real-world problems through automation;
- (Bonus) Any experience with APIs, scripting, or basic coding (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
